Murat V ERPUYAN, Kaya KILIC, Marcel BAZIN, Stéphane of TAPIA,
Karahan YILMAZ and Bogdan DUSZA
The members of honor are
Louis BAZIN, Nedim GÜRSEL and Neveser AKSOY
A TA TURQUIE, created at the
beginning to make known the Turkish culture, at the same time with
general public and the younger generations resultinG from Turkish immigration, quickly
developed its actions to answer the besoins. |

| A
TA TURQUIEs three main actions : |
- Editing of OLUSUM/GENESE, a bilingual (french/turkish) and a
bimestrial culture, literature and debates based-on review, editing of books
and albums (photography, painting).
- Cultural action : exhibitions (photos, caricatures, paintings),
conferences, debates, drama, concerts and dining concerts with headlights such as
Childs Feast, Automne aux couleurs de Turquie.
- Mediation : from now, A TA TURQUIE leads the mediation mission to
improve communication between turkish natives and the welcoming society and to propose
solutions to problems generated by the migrating process and to play the part of
counselling towards social-workers in order to improve their mission on the spot.

- Promoting acknowledgement upon
Turkey and its different cultures in order to provide data to the french society
and to young turkish natives.
- Studying the influence of the turkish culture upon the western world
and that of francophony upon Turkey.
- Conducting research programs and surveys on the turkish community
settled in France as to help them to succeed their integration in the welcoming society.
- Encouraging and promoting young immigrated talents literal and
artistical creativity.

A bilingual review : |
- Edited since 1989 (n° 0 - April 89)
- Best means of intercultural communication, OLUSUM/GENESE
remains as the best bilingual (French/Turkish) platform for any youngsters
artistical creation and deals with a broad panel of subjects concerning
literature, arts and migration.
- Opened to all of those who wish to express themselves or to make people know about
Turkeys wealth through the review.

Since 1989, the association has
developped many projects and has succeeded in waving links with notorious
cultural institution such as : the Centre National Dramatique de Nancy,
the Arsenal (Metz), etc...
Substancially, it is bound to evolve and looks self-confidently into the
future as there is so much to do to optimise cultural links between France and Turkey.
In this line of work, A TA TURQUIE has wished to extend its
means of action to go further and help each-one to express oneself through it.

In 10 years of existence, A TA TURQUIE has shown
a peculiar dynamism and a fast evolution in becoming an outstanding
cultural institution as far as its credibility and its services' quality are
concerned.
In 1994, its partners have proved their confidence in keeping the survey
project upon the turkish migration's outcoming community in order to settle a mediation
action.
Furthermore, A TA TURQUIE undertakes mediation's mission to
settle a better communication between turkish native population and its welcoming society
and to propose solutions to problems ignited by migration process. |
